Damnit. It was a good one, as I have been seriously neglecting this poor blog for the past few months while the little winking dog and I have been in South Carolina. Did lots of baking -- had to take advantage of a real grown-up size kitchen as opposed to my 5' x 8' doll-size kitchen in New York. Knit a sweater (lots of cables, but also lots of fun with my knitting group on Thursday nights). Worked three days a week with special needs kids, doing equine therapy at Heroes on Horseback. Most important thing I've ever done. But mostly, I just hung out with friends and took Petey to the beach -- a lot. Here are some of my favorite photos. Hi, Janie ... Just found that you had a blog - how cool - then again, fabulous writer that you are, why WOULDN'T you have one !!! Thoroughly enjoyed your "Recap of the past few months" - I think what you are doing with Heros on Horseback is an amazing project. I can see where you'd consider that the 'most important thing you've done with your life". With that in mind, your 'Letter from Santa' can be considered nothing less than the cherry-on-top !
